A leading technology firm in São Paulo seeks a Sr Service and Support Engineer to drive Business Development in Aftermarket Services for electric propulsion systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 7 years of aerospace experience, with strong skills in strategy development and problem-solving. This role offers an opportunity to influence aerospace decarbonization efforts while working in a dynamic, diverse environment.

As Sr Service and Support Engineer supporting the aftermarket service portfolio, which includes the MRO, the Technical Support channel and training at Nidec Aerospace team, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your expertise to design the top-notch Aftermarket business organization.

Nidec Aerospace is seeking an experienced Engineer to help build and grow our Service and Support organization for electric propulsion systems. This role focuses primarily on Business Development within the Aftermarket Services domain, with responsibilities spanning strategy, customer engagement, and operational optimization.
