The Opportunity :

PureSpectrum is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our high-impact Product & Engineering team of passionate engineers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining a mobile application. This is a fast-paced role within our global Product & Engineering organization, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including product managers, QA engineers, and developers across geographies—to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities :

• Build modern, performant mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Implement client-side data consumption and display for new features utilizing RESTful API endpoints using .NET core.
• Test drive development and write Unit / Integration tests.
• Design and optimize database structure using MySQL and write optimized queries for better performance.
• Follow best practices in version control (Git), CI / CD and cloud deployments.
• Drive team performance by leading and empowering members to develop and execute innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a similar discipline from any recognized University.
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with mobile development technologies, ideally Flutter / Dart.
• Experience with Firebase.
• Experience of building back‑end applications using .NET Core and ORM like Entity Framework (or other Object‑Oriented language / ORM).
• Experience with MVC and MVVM design patterns.
• Knowledge of C#, Dart, JSON, Git, HTML, YAML, REST.
• Knowledge of Linux and command line.
• AWS Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud solutions leveraging core AWS services, including EC2 / Beanstalk, RDS, SQS, SES, SNS, S3 and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of relational databases; preference to MySQL.
• Knowledge of build pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Bitbucket, GitLab).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile / Scrum teams.
• Comfort with fast-moving teams.
• Comfort with working across time zones and with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Shell script, JavaScript, and Native mobile development for Android / iOS is a plus.
