HR Manager is responsible for providing HR partnership and leadership for the Energy+ Global Process Engineering team and the Local Latin America colleagues, by developing and implementing people initiatives focused on achieving business objectives and working closely with the global HR organization in supporting local LatAm.
Additionally, the Sr. HR Manager will provide strategic guidance and hands‑on human resources expertise in the areas of employment / recruiting, coaching / development, associate engagement / retention, performance management, compensation, associate relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, strategic workforce planning, and more.
This position is part of the Energy+ Human Resources Team and will be located in our Brazil office.
