Overview

Serve as the Global Services regional contact on identified accounts and interface at a senior / executive level with corporate and local prospects clients brokers and where applicable WorldReach partners. Subject to the discretion of the Global Services Unit Manager (or equivalent) the position may permit exclusive WorldReach partner relationship management or dedicated client service related activities or a combination of WorldReach partner relationship management and client service related activities.

Were hiring for both Global Services Representative and Senior Global Services Representative roles with placement based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to and subsequent execution of the Global Services component of the strategic plan.


• Provide professional advice and consultation to clients prospects WorldReach partners and host operations personnel on insurance coverages and risk management matters making them aware of the benefits derived from various products and services offered by FM Global.


• Act as the Global Services regional focal point for Host account teams and co-ordinate / liaise with Global Services personnel in other conjunction with Account Engineers including Global Services Account Engineers establish risk improvement priorities and support efforts to obtain customer buy-in with loss prevention recommendations.


• Where applicable develop relationship(s) with new WorldReach partners and maintain / cultivate senior level relationship s with existing WorldReach partners. Continue to update knowledge of underwriting guidelines policy forms loss prevention practices and insurance industry developments.


• Provide leadership to the regional Global Services team.


• In respect only of the activities set out in this role description this role is authorized to represent member companies of the FM Global Group within the applicable region. For the avoidance of doubt this role does not have any authority to carry out any underwriting sales or loss adjustment activities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent CII CPCU ARM or equivalent preferred.


• 5 years FM Global experience preferred or 5 years industry experience (broker / insurance company) in servicing / underwriting large property accounts of varying occupancies.


• Working knowledge of property insurance and forms financial statements general loss prevention engineering terms and concepts as well as business computer applications. Demonstrated above average ability in organization problem solving sales / negotiation leadership and team building. Knowledge of internal systems and Microsoft Office products. Language skills a plus.


• Requirement: Valid Drivers License; Valid Passport


• Testing: Candidates will be required to pass an English assessment.
