Qualificações

• Mais de 5 anos de experiência como Cientista de Dados.
• Experiência em desenvolvimento e implementação de modelos de Machine Learning.
• Conhecimento profundo em MLOps.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar e resolver desafios de negócios usando soluções baseadas em dados.
• Implantar modelos utilizando as melhores práticas de MLOps.
• Comunicar insights de forma clara para equipes não técnicas.

Experiência avançada em Python

Fluência em inglês

Formação académica

What to expect in this role + Responsibilities

• Identify and address business challenges through data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement Machine Learning and statistical models.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Deploy models using MLOps best practices.
• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams and stay current with new analytical methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced knowledge in Git.
• Deep expertise using GCP.
• 5+ years of experience using Python.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience working in cross-functional or international teams.
• Familiarity with experimental design and statistical validation methods.
