What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development and preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning models
• Analyze monthly results against forecast and budget, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends
• Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, translating business needs into financial outcomes
• Design, develop, and maintain complex financial models to support planning and forecasting
• Support board-level and investor reporting as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
• Strong track record of performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CPA or MBA is a strong plus
• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite) preferred
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a bias for action
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business setting
