Responsabilidades

  • Partner closely with the ER regional team and HR Brazil.
  • Drive and support the ER Sr. Manager with investigations.
  • Support the ER regional team in identifying themes among cases.
  • Promote compliance regarding company policy and relevant employment laws.
  • Facilitate compliance and ER-related trainings.
  • Collaborate in the employee transitions process.
  • Produce documentation, including case reports and communications.
  • Partner in activities that enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the ER regional team and HR Brazil to support detailed analysis of employees’ requests or inquiries in Brazil.
  • Drive and support the ER Sr. Manager with investigations, creating, and delivering findings and recommendations.
  • Support the ER regional team in identifying themes among cases.
  • Help promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance regarding practices, company policy and relevant employment laws through interactions with business leaders.
  • Collaborate to facilitate in‑person in‑house compliance and other ER‑related trainings.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in employee transitions process and organizational changes.
  • Produce high‑quality documentation, including case reports, employee communications and an ER tracker.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR COEs to promote company values and provide guidance regarding policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the HR team in activities or tasks that help enhance the employee experience and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
