Responsibilities and assignments

We are looking for a dynamic professional to work on developing innovative solutions for digital agriculture , from design to prototyping to final delivery. This professional will have a mixed work environment, sometimes with our clients (to understand their needs and understand how a technology can help them) and sometimes in the office/lab (where they will brainstorm, design, and develop new projects that can solve the client’s problems).

Location: Araçatuba SP

Check out what your daily work routine will be like:

*Develop innovative projects in digital agriculture , working on the assembly of electronic circuits, programming, testing and validation on the bench and in the field;

*Create solutions in the area of agricultural processes and robotics , ensuring optimization and innovation;

*Carry out requirements gathering and project planning , ensuring alignment with the sector’s needs;

*Manage and execute project stages until completion, ensuring delivery of expected results;

*Deal with stakeholders to ensure alignment between the parties involved;

*Document the solutions and processes developed , ensuring the standardization and traceability of projects;

*But the most important thing is to be curious and willing to face new challenges.

Requirements and qualifications

*Academic training in Engineering/Technologist in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Computing or related areas;

*Knowledge in electronics, programming, project management (Agil or PMbok), agricultural processes and crops, 3D modeling, sensing and instrumentation;

*Office package;

*Availability to travel and valid driver’s license B;

*Proactivity and interest in technology and continuous learning;

*Good public speaking and clear and cohesive communication;

*Ability to deal with everyday adversities and negotiations;

*Teamwork and analytical profile.

Desirable:

*Equivalent experience;

*English and Spanish.
