About the Role
What you'll do:
  • People & Career Growth: Lead 1:1s, mentor engineers, set growth plans, and support team development.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide the design, development, and scaling of frontend and backend systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Align with Software Architects, DevOps, and Product teams to drive technical decisions and remove blockers.
  • Architecture & Best Practices: Oversee microservices, API design, messaging (RabbitMQ), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
What you'll need:

  • Experience in software engineering leadership and development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
  • Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Experience with automated testing.
  • People management skills, with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align business and technology needs.
  • Advanced English for effective collaboration in an international team.
