Overview

JoomPro is an international B2B platform and part of the Joom ecosystem. We are building a new standard in wholesale purchasing: a reliable, transparent, and convenient channel for ordering directly from manufacturers in Asia.

We are now looking for a SMB Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and significantly expanding our customer base in Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging phone and video call negotiations with business owners and decision-makers
  • Guide clients through the process of creating import orders, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Provide clear and timely answers to documentation and logistics questions
  • Accurately calculate service costs for each order to support informed decisions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals with detailed cost breakdowns
  • Oversee and maintain client contracts, ensuring compliance and satisfaction
  • Act as the key communication bridge between clients and the company’s internal teams
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Own a laptop, headset, and have access to high-speed internet
  • Strong self-discipline and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM systems
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
