We are looking for a Servicing Business Partner Leader to be responsible for the third-party management in Latin America to help us improving our Customer Support Service area.

You will cover the full phases needed from vendor onboarding, implementation and improvement.

• Establish standards and guidelines with vendors by ensuring communication.
• Operation and KPIs results.
• Being the ambassador of Bitso and the focal point for the third-party.
