About this Role

As a Sourcer at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about sourcing, recruiting and working with hiring teams to find top talent across our engineering org.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and can partner with our recruiting team to grow the company.

What You’ll Do

• Use your talents as a sourcer to build and manage the top of funnel while creating sourcing strategies
• Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity

Qualifications

• A proficiency in the English language
• 3+ years of sourcing experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up
• You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative
• You are passionate about sourcing and recruiting
• You are organized and have excellent time management skills
• You are data-driven
