Senior Software Engineer

Remote-friendly opportunities with global teams. This role involves backend-focused development with emphasis on delivering scalable, well-tested software solutions.

In this role you will (responsibilities):

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services
• Participate in architectural decisions and collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Write secure, efficient, and high-quality code following best practices
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor and collaborate with other engineers
• Deploy production-ready code and ensure reliability and performance

Technical requirements / skills:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Experience with microservices architectures and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, or event-driven architectures
• Experience with frontend technologies or full-stack development
• Healthcare, regulated industries, or EHR/EMR integration experience
• Experience with AI/LLM-enabled features or AI-integration projects
