Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience
• Advanced / fluent English
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with SAP SD module and interfaces (Legacies)
• Desirable strong understanding of API, JSON, IDOC, debugging
• Desirable strong understanding of FIORI

Responsibilities

• Provide functional experience and expert support customer users, through ITIL processes and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Monitor application performance; verify the stability and operational reliability of the system in accordance with SLA.
• Develop global / regional / local SAP solutions for SD module.
• Work on Service Introduction activities (Transition to Support).
• Work as part of a high-performance global team to support day‑to‑day operations, service delivery and project delivery.
