As a Senior SAP MM/SD Consultant, you will deliver expert functional consulting across SAP MM and SD while acting as a trusted senior advisor for junior consultants.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM/SD Consultant who will combine strong functional consulting expertise with people management responsibilities. In this role, you will not only deliver high‑quality SAP MM/SD solutions but also act as a people manager for junior team members, supporting their professional development, performance, and engagement within the MM/SD practice.

Key Responsibilities

People Management & Leadership

• Act as people manager for SAP MM/SD consultants and junior team members
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and professional guidance to support career development
• Support onboarding, performance feedback, and individual development planning
• Foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and a collaborative team culture within the MM/SD unit

SAP Consulting & Delivery

• Deliver senior‑level functional consulting in SAP MM and SD across implementation, rollout, and support projects
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM/SD solutions
• Support and guide junior consultants in day‑to‑day project activities and problem‑solving
• Participate in testing, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support activities
• Collaborate closely with international project teams and business stakeholders
