What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage territory base business and growth by developing strategic implanting centers and referral networks
  • Sell InterStim devices to physicians, institutions, payors, and medical staff
  • Provide technical support for product and therapy, including consultation on management and analysis of trends
  • Collaborate with Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans for territory development
  • Drive to multiple accounts within the region, maintaining an active relationship with customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
  • Experience in developing new markets and making multiple referral calls daily
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Solid knowledge of the reimbursement climate
  • Experience calling on physicians in Neurology, Urology, or related fields
  • Familiarity with operating room environments and implantable devices
  • Proficiency in business planning, consulting, and territory financial analysis
