A leading medical technology company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to oversee the Neuromodulation business in Brazil. This role involves managing a P&L portfolio, developing sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with marketing. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and an MBA, with at least 10 years of sales experience in medical devices, including 7 years of people management experience. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead one of the most strategic profit‑and‑loss (P&L) portfolios in Brazil within the Neuromodulation business. You will be responsible for understanding the impact of pricing on profitability and for using appropriate metrics to measure the performance of products in the market. You will also be connected to the OPME (Ortheses, Prostheses and Special Materials) segment, while leading a new segment, managing a technology ecosystem, and developing a strong and extensive team to cover the entire Brazilian territory.
At Medtronic, you will work in a competitive environment and will be part of a relevant market, understanding trends that affect the products for which you are responsible for and their related procedures. Together with your team, you can optimize the effectiveness of your product portfolio by understanding the demands of each customer including the public and private segment, strategic accounts, payers, distributors, financial and governmental institutions.
Fluency in Spanish is a nice to have.
