A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves managing a strategic Profit & Loss portfolio in the CST business unit. Candidates should have at least 10 years of sales experience, ideally in capital equipment, and possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead one of the most strategic Profit & Loss (P&L) portfolios in Brazil within the CST (Cranial, Spine and Trauma) business.
You will be responsible for understanding the impact of pricing on profitability and for using appropriate metrics to measure the performance of products in the market.
You will also be connected to the OPME segment and capital equipment sales, while leading a new segment, managing a technology ecosystem, and developing a strong and extensive team to cover the entire Brazilian territory.

Together with your team, you can optimize the effectiveness of your product portfolio by understanding the demands of each customer including the public and private segment, strategic accounts, payers, distributors, financial and governmental institutions.
