Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in solutions sales, a strong technical background in cloud technologies, and the ability to guide clients through technology transformations. Qualificações

The Red Hat Technology Sales team is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join us in São Paulo, with work from home flexibility.

In this role, you will work with our largest enterprise accounts and strategic partners to enable customers to define, develop, and deploy their technology modernization strategies.

You’ll build strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders at customers and partners alike.

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will endorse our Managed Cloud Services solutions, including technologies like Managed Red Hat OpenShift (built on Kubernetes), while leading customers down a path of cultural and technology transformation.

What you will do :
  • Work with the Enterprise Sales team to plan the emerging technologies strategy related to Red Hat’s Managed Cloud Service Portfolio within a set of defined accounts
  • Run indirect sales plays with partners, including major hyperscalers (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft) to influence positive sales outcomes
  • Enable internal and external stakeholders on the business and technical value of Red Hat’s Managed Cloud Services
  • Tie together marketing, sales and technical acumen to meet and exceed regional revenue objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Educate customers and stakeholders alike on the value of Red Hat’s Managed Cloud Services versus other competitive offerings
  • Guide the customer from their initial interest in Red Hat Managed Cloud Services through the adoption of Red Hat’s technologies, which will provide the technology foundation for cloud native acceleration and success
  • Gain the trust of C‑Level, senior IT, and business executives within key accounts to create long‑term partnerships
  • Ensure that Red Hat’s managed cloud services solutions become the first choice for our strategic customers
What you will bring :
  • Background selling complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions sales or agile transformation consulting role
  • Extensive experience with Hyperscalers, and expertise in cloud consumption models
  • Agile development and DevOps foundation, with ability to lead transformation motions
  • Deep understanding of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) landscape, especially Kubernetes
  • High industry awareness from a competitive perspective
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; prior startup experience is a plus
  • Natural storytelling ability with an above‑average written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced presentation skill set with ability to present to executives at large companies
  • Background in consultative customer engagement with a consulting or technology company or organization
  • High level technical experience with cloud native and container technologies
  • Understanding and experience with agile methodologies and organizational and IT transformation
  • Ability to sell solutions in a multiproduct environment
  • Proven ability to work with global cross‑functional teams and achieve success for customers
  • Ability to maintain a balance of strategic and tactical skills
