Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Revenue Cycle processes and collaborate with the Team Lead to develop onboarding materials
• Monitor and complete organizational functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
• Analyze and implement procedural changes to improve performance, efficiency, and revenue maximization
• Resolve client and audit issues, conducting research on outstanding claims and posting financial transactions
• Maintain productivity goals and ensure adherence to department rules and processes

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience and/or an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices and healthcare experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or five (5) years of relevant experience
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Cotiviti policies and external regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated initiative in engaging with audit support activities
