A leading engine solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for Industrial Engines to drive growth in Latin America. You will support Dealers and OEMs, manage sales processes, and lead regional commercial strategies. Candidates must have experience in sales, knowledge of the Diesel engine market, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The Regional Sales Representative for Industrial Engines is responsible for supporting Dealers, OEMs and private importers in various regions to drive Volvo Penta’s growth in Latin America market, aligned with company’s performance goals. This role acts as a key facilitator, interfacing internal teams such as aftermarket parts and services, finance, sales engineering, front-office and back-office and marketing representing Industrial Sales Team’s interests across LA markets. The objectives for this position are closely tied to new customers onboard, sales volume, market share and profitability.
