Team Description

As a Senior Projects Analyst at SumUp, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and enable scalable growth across the Americas (Brazil, LATAM, and US markets). You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful projects that improve processes, integrate systems, and optimize performance through data‑driven decision‑making. We are a collaborative and results‑oriented team that thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to continuous improvement. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to connect business needs with strategic goals.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end project management — from scope definition and business case development to execution, risk control, and post‑implementation evaluation.
• Map and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities, efficiency gains, and scalability bottlenecks.
• Develop insights and recommendations using KPIs, data modeling, and scenario analysis; present findings to senior leadership.
• Coordinate vendor assessments and negotiations (including RFPs), ensuring service quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, Automation, and Operations teams to implement integrated solutions that connect systems and streamline workflows.
• Monitor project financials, validate savings or ROI, and ensure accurate reporting to relevant cost centers.
• Promote best practices in project management (Agile/PMI), change management, and stakeholder communication in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
