A prominent HR software company seeks a Senior Project Manager in Brazil to lead the management of projects from inception to closure. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a degree in IT/CS. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, defining project plans, managing risks, and ensuring timely project delivery while meeting client expectations. Preferred experience with international clients and HR domain.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• PMP or any project management certification would be an advantage.
• Experience with foreign clients and HR domain is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Manage the entire development phase including resources and transition.
• Define and manage the project plan, ensuring execution as defined.
• Proactively prepare for upcoming deliverables.
• Identify project risks and take steps to minimize impact.
• Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage changes efficiently and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Represent the client to internal teams while providing guidance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Manage the entire development phase including the resources assigned to the project until transition / closure.
• Define a detailed project plan - manage, monitor and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.
• Proactively prepare for all upcoming deliverables.
• Identify risks with the project early and take steps to avoid / minimize the impact of these risks.
• Regularly communicate to the stakeholders including the clients about the project progress
• Manage changes efficiently, and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of changes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and meet the client expectations
• Represent the client to the internal teams while providing the leadership, guidance and the support to them.
• Managing multiple projects at a time

Expected Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in IT / CS or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years (Senior PM) of project management experience
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Strong business sense
• PMP or any project management certification would be an advantage
• Worked with foreign clients, worked on HR domain would be advantage
