As the Senior Production Operations Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of clients ranging from Fortune 500 brands to startups, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality content at scale. You will manage production workflows, resource allocation, and project timelines to drive seamless execution across digital, transcreation, and 360° campaigns, while also identifying and implementing AI-driven efficiencies to optimize processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, improving, and enforcing Ways of Working that enhance operational efficiency, streamline production processes, and ensure scalability. A key part of your mandate will be to evaluate AI opportunities, develop training programs, and integrate automation into workflows to drive both speed and cost efficiency. As a strategic and executional leader, you will collaborate closely with account management, creative, design, editorial, animation, and copywriting teams to implement AI-enhanced solutions while maintaining alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
This Senior Director-level role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and innovation, ensuring scalability as new clients are onboarded and continuous process improvement to support business growth through AI-driven transformation.
