What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive Partner Sourced New Logo (PSNL) sales through focused partners, ensuring co-sell support by partners
- Develop strong selling relationships with BlueCat Partners, acting as a “Trusted Advisor”
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner growth and success
- Drive enablement for assigned partners around product knowledge, best practices, and marketing
- Build and implement growth plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for focused partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of channel experience in Enterprise software or technology networking/security
- Proven forecasting skills and ability to exceed quotas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines
- Must reside in the West Region of the US (AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT) and within 1 hour of a major airport
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a 2-tier reseller model
- Experience working with Cisco Partners
- Skilled in pipeline development, territory planning, and strategic partner management
- Experience in creative marketing activities that generate high ROI through new pipeline
