Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to exceptional quota attainment
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on new revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to close business and guide your team to success
  • Coordinate, direct, and monitor the pipeline of your team by tracking and reporting weekly activities
  • Provide support and direction for the team's sales efforts, strategizing with them in their territory and closing deals
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years of successful experience in a B2B sales role, specifically in a SaaS model focused on selling to Federal agencies
  • Consistent track record of overachievement against quota as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of success managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience managing and improving sales KPIs
  • Salesforce enthusiast with experience using data to drive team success
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Govspend, and Govwin
