A global shipping and logistics leader is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer in Rio de Janeiro. We OfferWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative e-learning and blended learning solutions in Brazil.
In this role, you will combine hands‑on instructional design with leadership and project management responsibilities, guiding a team of designers, developers, and external partners while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality learning experiences and adherence to our global development framework.
Fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English are essential. This is a newly formed role and part of our expansion in Brazil.
The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, helping to shape the function and drive local growth, while collaborating closely with our established global teams. You will benefit from clear frameworks and support but also have the opportunity to influence and innovate within our learning design approach. This is a full‑time position based in our training centre in Rio.
