Job Title: Senior Google Media Buyer (E-commerce, Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)

Location: Remote (LATAM preferred, East Coast or Central Time overlap)

Hours: Full‑Time, Monday to Friday

Reports To: Alan and Richard, Founders

Pay: $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month

We have worked with blue‑chip and celebrity‑backed companies, including Cacti by Travis Scott, Just Water by Will Smith, Alice Mushrooms, and brands backed by Patrick Mahomes.

Our results are driven by a team of high‑level operators. We care about scale, but more about efficiency, signal quality, and data‑driven decision‑making. We’re looking for a Senior Google Media Buyer who is deeply experienced across the Google ecosystem and operates at an elite level.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Owning and scaling Google advertising accounts for e‑commerce brands
  • Managing Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns
  • Building and optimizing account structures that support long‑term scale
  • Interpreting large data sets and turning them into clear performance insights
  • Using Excel at an advanced level to analyze trends, performance, and efficiency
  • Collaborating closely with creative and design teams to align messaging with intent
  • Testing systematically and making decisions based on signal, not guesswork
  • Communicating performance clearly to founders and internal stakeholders

  • You are a senior‑level media buyer with deep experience in Google Ads
  • You are highly proficient across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display
  • You operate comfortably at scale and understand how to protect efficiency
  • You are exceptional with Excel and use it to turn data into a narrative
  • You think in systems, not hacks, and understand media in a broader context
  • You take ownership of outcomes and do not need to be closely managed
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in English

Together, they bring a balanced perspective across brand, performance, and execution.

Role Details

Hours are full time, Monday through Friday, with working hours aligned to East Coast or Central Time. Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month depending on experience. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Latin America. This is a long‑term position. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a paid test or case exercise to ensure alignment on strategic thinking, data analysis, and execution.
