Backed by experienced founders and already live with our first client, we're building AI-driven tools that automate clinical documentation, coding, and billing — helping clinics recover revenue and improve care.

We're looking for an engineer to help build our core platform end-to-end: backend services, data flows, infrastructure, and modern frontends. You’ll work directly with founders to shape architecture, ship features fast, and turn complex healthcare workflows into intuitive products.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve full-stack platform components (backend, pipelines, frontend)
• Develop AI-driven features for clinical and financial data
• Architect scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS
• Ship features from 0→1 and influence product direction

Must-have Skills

• Strong programming skills (any modern language)
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Experience building platform or product from scratch
• SQL + data modeling
• Experience with streaming, queues, or event-driven systems
• Startup mindset: autonomy, speed, ownership
