About Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s growing engineering team. This role requires a versatile developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js and solid frontend experience in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards and proactively address security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
- Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Must have
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend architecture.
- Proficient in React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience working with PCI-compliant systems and knowledge of data security principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in remote teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript in both frontend and backend.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Experience integrating with third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Braintree, Adyen).
- Knowledge of serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda).
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to SOC 2 or HIPAA-compliant environments.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus).
- Previous work in fintech, e-commerce, or healthtech sectors.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and modern authentication/authorization patterns.
