About Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s growing engineering team. This role requires a versatile developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js and solid frontend experience in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards and proactively address security vulnerabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
• Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Must have

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend architecture.
• Proficient in React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience working with PCI-compliant systems and knowledge of data security principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in remote teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript in both frontend and backend.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience integrating with third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Braintree, Adyen).
• Knowledge of serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Experience with event-driven systems and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to SOC 2 or HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus).
• Previous work in fintech, e-commerce, or healthtech sectors.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and modern authentication/authorization patterns.
