We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of full-stack experience primarily focused on React.js front-end development. You will join our clients' innovative, growing team on a mission to unleash the power of culture for growing organizational brands at a time of global, seismic cultural transformation. You will participate in the complete software development process from conception to deployment of our clients' world‑class data and insights platform. You will work closely with product and UX leads, providing a critical voice in solutioning complex workflows and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Architect and build application front‑ends with appealing visual design
• Develop functional, scalable applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile‑responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve AI / ML‑based software

Required Experience

• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
• 4+ years of full‑stack development experience primarily using React.js in the front‑end
• Knowledge of additional front‑end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML / CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery)
• 2+ years working in AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure, or other cloud platform
• 1+ years of Python experience
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL and MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI / UX design
• Great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mind
• Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a broader team
• Track record of building professional, high‑quality, and on‑time software
• Trustworthy, team‑oriented, and transparent

Preferred Experience

• University degree in computer science, statistics, or a relevant field
• Experience with DataViz
• Experience with Snowflake, Flask, Django, or FastAPI
