What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Perform in‑depth financial analysis to ensure compliance with customer agreement financial terms
• Collaborate with internal and external parties, including Big‑4 audit firms, for audits and reviews
• Initiate continual process improvements to enhance financial analytics and reporting
• Partner with various teams, including Sales and Program Management, to deliver excellent service
• Conduct issue investigations, including impact assessment, root‑cause analysis, and potential resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, finance, FP&A, or similar roles
• 3+ years of professional experience in a medium to large‑sized company
• Proficiency in SAP or other large ERP systems
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including v‑lookups, pivots, and functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• MBA, MAcc, or MS Finance preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and/or Power BI
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and transform financial data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments
