What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform in‑depth financial analysis to ensure compliance with customer agreement financial terms
- Collaborate with internal and external parties, including Big‑4 audit firms, for audits and reviews
- Initiate continual process improvements to enhance financial analytics and reporting
- Partner with various teams, including Sales and Program Management, to deliver excellent service
- Conduct issue investigations, including impact assessment, root‑cause analysis, and potential resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, finance, FP&A, or similar roles
- 3+ years of professional experience in a medium to large‑sized company
- Proficiency in SAP or other large ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including v‑lookups, pivots, and functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA, MAcc, or MS Finance preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and/or Power BI
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and transform financial data into actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments
