This is a full-time remote role for a Facebook (Meta) Ad Manager / Media Buyer at JSA Interactive Inc. a 15 year old global digital marketing company based in the United States with global clients.

The Meta Media Buyer will be responsible for developing, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads on a day-to-day basis.

Your specialty should be social media ad campaigns, lead generation for B2C and B2B, retargeting strategies, and campaign / ad performance analysis.

Experience with LinkedIn Ads desirable.

Qualifications
  • Native / Fluent in English specifically in business / corporate and technology jargon.
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on achieving ROI and lowering conversion costs.
  • Expertise in account setup, campaign setup, optimization, scaling strategies, lead gen forms.
  • Proficiency with audience targeting, ad creation, ad testing, conversion optimization and budget allocation.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Experience integrating ad platforms with Highlevel, Hubspot, CRMs, Google Tag Manager and data-driven decision-making from conversion data being passed back to campaign managers.
  • Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies for lead generation and conversions.
  • Creative skills to collaborate on ad copy and visuals (working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad policies, and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Bonus: Linkedin Ads experience.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Hubspot for lead tracking.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with IT sector, cyber security, and marketing to CIO, CTO, and CISO audience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in media buying or paid social campaigns with LinkedIn and Facebook each.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies for Meta Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Setup and connect client accounts to our campaign management accounts.
  • Setup conversion tracking, analytics and CRM integrations.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and build targeted ad campaigns to achieve maximum relevance and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, advertising trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Work Hours

8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time USA (GMT -4 or GMT -5)

Compensation

5,700 BRL - 11,370 BRL per month, based on experience and portfolio.
