We are looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager (MUST speak English fluently) to join our engineering team; a versatile professional who can expertly manage projects, work cross-departmentally, and ensure seamless communication between our clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Track project progress, mitigate risks, and address any issues that arise.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a liaison for clients, managing expectations, communicating project updates, and providing technical insights in an understandable way.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with developers and engineering managers, offering guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices, and facilitating the resolution of technical challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the agency's Creative team to align project goals and outcomes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate these into technical specifications and project plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet both client and company standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of project processes, decisions, and changes. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 9-12 years of experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment, preferably within an agency or client-facing role.
  • Technical Background: Proficiency in software development processes, coding practices, or technical infrastructure. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, manage risks, and provide effective solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to adapt between Agile and Waterfall approaches based on project needs
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello
  • EXCEPTIONAL client-facing communication skills (MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY), including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between engineering, creative, and design departments
  • Expertise in risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive issue resolution in fast-paced agency environments
  • Strong budgeting, resource allocation, and scope management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, and backlog prioritization
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance (QA) processes, including testing strategies and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture
  • (Optional but recommended) Professional certification such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP is a strong plus
