What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive performance and productivity of the global sales organization through effective sales methodologies and processes
  • Lead the sales enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, skills development, and ongoing readiness

  • Foster a data-driven decision culture through advanced analytics and metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales operations, enablement, or revenue excellence roles
  • Proven success in supporting or leading sales organizations within Microsoft consulting, cloud services, or enterprise technology integration
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365, and Dynamics 365
  • Strong command of CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in enablement, operations, and analytics
  • Familiarity with services pricing, complex bid management, and deal desk functions
