Qualificações

• At least 9 years of experience working as a Data Engineer or Data Quality Engineer.
• Experience in structuring and organizing Python-based projects.
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling methodologies.

Conhecimentos

Expert-level proficiency in SQL

Strong expertise in Python

Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory

In-depth knowledge of ETL processes

Solid experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS

Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies

Experience with IaC tools like Terraform

Fluency in English

Main requirements

• At least 9 years of experience working as a Data Engineer or Data Quality Engineer
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and SQL‑like query languages.
• Strong expertise in Python, including experience in structuring and organizing Python‑based projects.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ETL processes.
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS and their related services.
• Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies, including Kimball, Inmon, and Data Vault.
• Experience with IaC's such as Terraform or CloudFormation (plus)
• Experience with Tableau (plus)
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Availability for a remote work model based in Portugal (candidates should be available to relocate within Portugal, and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered)
