Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Creatively identifying vertical market software businesses meeting our strategic criteria
  • Maintaining and building a proprietary database of industry contacts
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with C-Suite Executives, financial advisors, investment bankers, and private equity firms while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Working in a team environment with Senior Business Development Associate and M&A Execution to ensure the smooth transition to the later stages of the process as appropriate
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English mandatory
  • Excellent academic performance in an Undergraduate Business degree
  • 5 or more years of experience working in sales, consultancy, or professional services at a software company, broker firm, or M&A Boutique
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM beneficial- Self-motivated, hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency towards driving sales and marketing lead volumes to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
