What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the project lifecycle in alignment with business and enterprise needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business to support project benefits and changes to business processes
• Lead problem resolution for complex issues and contribute to communication and change management activities
• Analyze high-risk items and align processes with evolving regulatory requirements
• Coach and guide team members within the area of expertise

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years related business analysis experience
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices
• Strong depth of knowledge and experience in risk management and regulatory compliance
• Ability to research and investigate issues, and draft new controls as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Business Analyst Accreditation is an asset
• Experience tying issues to GRC controls
• Expertise in understanding and analyzing high-risk items for further investigation
• Previous experience in managing Tier 3-4 projects with multiple stakeholders
