What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide quality client delivery to Organizational Change Management (OCM) clients
  • Develop stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness plans
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Manage a workstream within a project and lead small teams of client personnel and consultants
  • Identify new opportunities for business development at current clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in change management disciplines
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, or Workday
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in Consulting Services, particularly in the Big 4 firms
  • Experience in communications or training
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work independently and collaboratively
