Job Description

The Quality Assurance Supply Chain Organization is responsible for supporting the Make Site in Brazil, which compiles in laboratory and manufacturing operations, and all GxP process to maintain the compliance of the São José dos Campos Site.

Specific Position Responsibilities

• Manage the local change control process, coordinating the Change Control Committee, connecting with different local and global stakeholders.
• Manage the Suppliers for direct and indirect materials, connecting with global stakeholders, and assuring local education to avoid non-compliance issues.
• Ensures that GxP systems are used, according to the procedures.
• Supports documentation and training activities for the QMS processes.
• Supports the activities related to Internal and External Audits, answers, and accomplishment of commitments.
• Identify, analyze and address opportunities for improvement and compliance.

Experience/Knowledge required

• Deep Technical knowledge in applicable regulations, quality systems and operations for pharmaceutical products.
• Critical thinking.
• Influence and interpersonal skills at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage priorities, proactive member of the team and able to take responsibility is required.
• Ability to influence without direct authority is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Advanced in English language required

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or engineering is required
• A minimum of 5 years of Quality experience in the pharmaceutical sector, manufacturing or supply chain areas.
