A leading financial services company is seeking a professional in Sao Paulo to manage credit ratings for a portfolio of banks. This role requires at least 3-5 years in finance and exceptional analytical skills. Responsibilities include rating management, publishing reports, and engaging with top management to influence decision-making. The team is responsible for assigning and surveilling credit ratings of different financial institutions (FI) as banks, finance companies and insurance companies. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment working across the FITeam with colleagues based mainly in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Mexico City. Reporting to the Analytical Manager for Corporate, Infrastructure and FI, the team is an integral part of the LATAM Global Scale Ratings Group. Your role will involve building strong relationships with peers and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.
The successful applicant will significantly enhance our ability to efficiently and effectively serve our clients by demonstrating exceptional analytical skills and the capacity to provide relevant, insightful, and compelling analysis. You will play a crucial role in shaping the credit ratings landscape by delivering high‑quality reports and insights that influence decision‑making at the highest levels.
This role offers a high level of analytical challenge and professional growth opportunities. You will gain direct exposure to top management of banks in LATAM and leading global and regional investors and have the opportunity to work on research across different Latin American and global markets in collaboration with leading industry experts. The position provides a platform to deepen your expertise in credit analysis and broaden your understanding of various asset types.
All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
