As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounting Senior Consultant to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid). If you have strong accounting domain knowledge combined with Oracle / PL/SQL skills and experience in treasury / derivatives accounting, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Review accounting results in both technical test and UAT phases to ensure correctness and compliance.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation in Confluence.
• Support post-production activities (“babysitting”) to ensure stability and accuracy of accounting flows.
• Assist the squad with accounting questions related to derivative products (e.g., IRS, CCS, IFN, FRA, C& E).
• Participate in the design and execution of accounting integration processes between front-office / trade systems and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate accounting rules into technical solutions and test cases.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle and PL/SQL development, focused on accounting solutions.
• Proven experience in treasury and derivatives accounting (IRS, CCS, IFN, FRA, C& E, etc.).
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: debit/credit, balance sheet, revaluation, FX differences, provisioning, etc.
• Experience with accounting integration processes and previous experience in banking or treasury environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Dev Ops (user level) and Git Hub.
• Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork orientation, and high sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Backoffice systems and Accounting & Management Architecture.
• Experience automating accounting processes or integrating disparate accounting systems.
• Advanced Spanish (written and spoken).
• Prior exposure to QA/UAT automation, monitoring of accounting flows, or working with accounting reconciliation tools.
