The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, specifically as a Scrum Master, with strong skills in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. This remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple regions. A SAFe certification is highly desired.

About the Opportunity

We are a staffing and recruitment consultancy supporting one of our clients with a long-term project. We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.

Experience Level

Mid-level (2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master)

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
• Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
• Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
• Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
• Identify, escalation, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
• Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
• Experience working with distributed, global teams
