Overview

Brunel is looking to hire SAP Source to Pay (STP) Functional Consultants – S/4HANA to work remotely with our client, located in Calgary, Canada. Our client, a major player in the Oil & Gas sector, is currently integrating a newly onboarded company into an existing SAP S/4HANA landscape. We are looking for hands‑on SAP STP Functional Consultants with strong implementation and integration experience to support this critical transformation project. This role requires build and delivery experience. Profiles focused mainly on AMS or production support will not be considered. Mid-level and Senior professionals are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule: Remote (Calgary time)

Contract: Full‑time | 40 hours / week

End Date: January 2027 (1 year duration)

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Source to Pay (STP) solutions in SAP S/4HANA
• Design and execute cross-module and boundary-system integrations
• Independently write functional specifications
• Perform process design, configuration, and implementation in SAP S/4HANA (version 2302)
• Collaborate with PP, Logistics, and integration teams across the SAP landscape
• Support integration of business processes during company onboarding

Requirements

• Fluent English - no flexibility no this requirement
• Strong SAP Source to Pay (STP) functional experience
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration (implementation-focused)
• Proven experience writing functional specifications
• Solid integration background, including: PP / Logistics Execution, MM / PI integrations, Boundary systems and cross-functional integrations
• Oil & Gas project experience (mandatory)

Ideal Profile

• Implementation-focused SAP consultant (not AMS / support-heavy)
• Comfortable working independently in complex integration environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
