A global consulting firm is seeking an SAP Service Management Specialist for a remote role supporting Brazil and Argentina. The candidate must have over 5 years of experience in SAP solutions and be fluent in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include assisting with Service Center processes and contributing to projects transitioning to S / 4HANA. This is a 12-month contract position with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualificações

  • Must support Brazil and Argentina users with Service Center queries.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Help support the team with strong configuration experience.
  • Support the roadmap to S / 4HANA from ECC.
  • Contribute to end-to-end implementation projects.

Job Description

RED is currently seeking an SAP SM resource for an initial 12-month contract with one of our consulting partners. Client is looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support their team with strong configuration experience to help with their roadmap to S / 4HANA from ECC.

Suitable candidates will have the below :
  • Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions
  • Additional Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus
  • Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components
  • Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects
  • Fluent in Spanish and English must. Understanding Portuguese would be a plus
