Qualificações

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design OTC solutions within SAP (SD / FI module and related integrations).
• Configure and maintain SAP Order to Cash functionalities including: Order Management, Pricing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure process alignment.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development.
• Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
• Provide go-live and hyper‑care support during SAP rollouts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver solutions iteratively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in SAP OTC configuration and support.
• Familiarity with integration points between OTC and FI / MM modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and data structures.
• Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and work with technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe).

Preferred Skills

• SAP ECC experience.
• SAP S / 4HANA experience.
• SAP certification in SD or OTC modules.
• Knowledge of EDI, IDoc processing, and third‑party system integrations.
