We are seeking a proficient SAP FI Consultant to join our support team dedicated to brewery operations in the USA. This role demands advanced English proficiency for effective communication in meetings and resolving user queries within incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for SAP FI modules within brewery operations.
• Engage in clear communication with stakeholders and users to address queries and concerns promptly.
• Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting SAP system integrations with legacy systems, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of IDocs for efficient data exchange and integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and contribute to their implementation.
• Ensure diligence in adhering to ticket metrics, including SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance and MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in diverse settings.

• Extensive experience in SAP FI support, particularly in the context of brewery operations, corporate, Busch agriculture and MCC can plants
• Proficiency in troubleshooting integrations between SAP and legacy systems.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Background as an ABAPer will be considered a significant advantage.
