Qualificações

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em operações de vendas ou suporte a negócios B2B.
  • Fluente em português e inglês em nível intermediário ou superior.

Responsabilidades

  • Suporte aos clientes ao longo do estágio pós-venda: gerenciamento de dúvidas e acompanhamento dos termos do contrato.

JoomPro is an international B2B platform and part of the Joom ecosystem. We are building a new standard in wholesale purchasing: a reliable, transparent, and convenient channel for ordering directly from manufacturers in Asia.

As we actively expand in Brazil, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help build and maintain an efficient post-sales support system for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients throughout the post-sales stage: handling inquiries, tracking the fulfillment of deal terms, and assisting with operational issues.
  • Independently handle routine and standard client cases; escalate more complex issues to a manager when needed.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams (logistics, finance, legal, support) and external clients.
  • Work with CRM systems and task management platforms: set and monitor tasks, track progress, and keep statuses updated.
  • Double-check calculations and commercial terms.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and post-sale operations such as delivery and payment tracking.
  • Negotiate order retention with clients to prevent cancellations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or B2B deal support
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Is capable of independently resolving routine operational tasks, structuring their work, and involving other team members when needed.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, structured in thinking, and comfortable working with high volumes of operational data at a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and speaks English at an Intermediate level or higher
