As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives.

Your Role : Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at CROO, your primary role is to promote CROO's top-tier telecom products and services to a diverse clientele.

You'll be the key player in client engagement, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions.

Additionally, you'll collaborate with a global team spanning Canada, Uruguay, and Brazil - a valuable opportunity to expand your professional network.

Your responsibilities include excelling in prospecting clients with effective telephone skills (cold calling), as well as generating a dynamic pipeline of potential clients through diverse other lead generation activities.

Product Knowledge : Provide accurate information about our products and services, guiding customers seamlessly through the buying process.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our telecommunications solutions and value proposition.

Customer Collaboration : Work closely with our sales and support teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.

Your ultimate goal?

Surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic approaches.

What does CROO look for in you?

Demonstrated success in telecom sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience, proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and exceptional communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time effectively.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about exceeding targets.

Commitment to becoming an expert on our products and sales processes.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for effective pipeline management.
