Sales Manager
  1. Formulate and implement sales strategies, plans and goals to ensure they are in line with the company's sales targets and strategies;
  2. Develop regional markets, seek sales opportunities, and expand the market share of component products;
  3. Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicate and negotiate with customers to obtain sales opportunities;
  4. Supervise the sales team, provide sales guidance and training, and ensure that the sales team achieves the sales targets;
  5. Track sales performance, conduct sales data analysis and reporting, and adjust sales strategies and plans in a timely manner;
  6. Cooperate with other departments, coordinate resources, and support the smooth progress of sales activities;
  7. Keep track of market dynamics and the situation of competitors, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to maintain a competitive edge;
  8. Manage the performance of the sales team, conduct regular sales performance appraisals and implement incentive plans;
  9. Team Building: Keep abreast of team developments in a timely manner, provide various training and expansion opportunities for the team, and create a positive and upward team atmosphere.
  10. Training Management: Develop a good training plan, organize and supervise the staff of this department to complete the training, and enhance the working ability of employees.
Requirements
  • Full-time bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English;
  • More than 5 years of working experience in the same industry, familiar with various office uses; Solar energy, photovoltaic and the new energy industry related.
